Shipping policy

Our Main Courier for UK Orders

For all United Kingdom orders, we primarily use Royal Mail for delivery. We offer two services:

  • Royal Mail 24 | Aimed for delivery within 1 working day

  • Royal Mail 48 | Aimed for delivery within 2 to 3 working days

Please note that while we aim to dispatch orders promptly, delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. All orders are sent using a tracked and signed-for service.

Order Processing

At JeevzPlug LTD, we process orders within 1 to 7 business days. Orders are shipped using express, fully tracked and signed services. Depending on the destination and parcel size, we may also use Royal Mail, DHL, or UPS.

Shipping Days

We ship orders Monday through Friday, excluding bank holidays. Shipping times begin from the date you receive your shipping confirmation email.

Accuracy of Address

It is the customer's responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. JeevzPlug LTD is not liable for packages lost due to incorrect or invalid addresses. However, we will assist customers in resolving issues with carriers for lost or delayed packages where the address provided was correct.

Delivery Times

We offer free standard delivery on all UK orders. Delivery times are as follows:

  • Royal Mail 24 | 1 working day

  • Royal Mail 48 | 2 to 3 working days

Delivery estimates begin from the shipping confirmation email date. While orders often arrive earlier than these timeframes, please allow up to 5 working days before contacting us regarding your order.

All UK orders are sent using a tracked and signed-for service.
